Job Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution:

  • Develop test strategies and plans for integration, regression, and functional testing.
  • Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs to closure.
  • Execute test cases and document results.

Test Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for test automation.
  • Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Execute and debug automated test failures.
  • Continuously enhance and expand automation frameworks.

Test Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Manage test environments and data.
  • Maintain test schedules and provide regular progress updates.
  • Prioritize tests and make trade-offs when necessary.

Test Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze test results and share insights with the team.
  • Report risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver test reports to project participants.
  • Recommend process improvements and support quality initiatives.

Quality Assurance:

  • Participate in QA activities such as requirement analysis and code reviews.
  • Help establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
  • Ensure the overall quality of the software product.
  • Continuously improve QA processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduation
  • Stream: Open to all streams
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of test management and automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
