Job Description:

• CSIR-NAL is inviting online applications from intelligent and motivated technical professionals for the post of Technician-1.
• Selected candidates will work on exciting tasks in aerospace R&D, technology development, and other allied domains.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (Any one of the following):

1. SSC / 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks) AND ITI / National or State Trade Certificate in Fitter trade.
2. SSC / 10th Standard with Science (minimum 55%) AND 2 years of full-time apprenticeship training in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.
3. SSC / 10th Standard with Science (minimum 55%) AND 3 years of work experience in the relevant trade in a Ministry, Department, Organization, PSU, or Autonomous Body under Govt. of India / State / UT.

Selection Process:

1. Stage I – Trade Test
   1. Shortlisted candidates (based on Screening Committee criteria) will be called for a Trade Test.
2. Stage II – Competitive Written Examination
   1. Candidates who pass the Trade Test will be called for a written exam consisting of Papers I, II, and III.
   1. Only candidates scoring above the cutoff in Paper I will be considered for evaluation in Paper II and III.

Application Fee:

• ₹500/- per post (Non-refundable), to be paid via SB Collect.
• Exempted Categories: SC, ST, PwBD, Women, and Ex-Servicemen.
• Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and fees for each.

Salary: ₹38,500/- (approximate)
